Westbound Rt 86/96 at a standstill this morning because this ambulance is parked about 30cm too far to the right

…and things are now back to normal, but we did get up to 6 trams backed up across 2 blocks. Also I knew Bourke St Mall was small, but I didn’t realise it was small enough to only fit 3 E Classes
