  Today is Severe ME Awareness Day. As many folks here know, my girlfriend has severe ME resulting from Long COVID. I can only experience it from the outside. But what I know is that It is not simply “being really tired.” It is debilitating. It is incredibly painful. It is hell. It is often not believed. But it is real.   So, #TechQuestion: Do wifi routers ever show false positives for new devices on a network? Last night my XFinity app notified me an iPhone 17 had joined our WiFi network. We do not own an iPhone 17. We use a lengthy, randomly generated password (it’s not WINSLOW), but I reset the router and changed to another password — just to be safe. Just a random blip? Or a nefarious actor in our sleepy town?

It’s the story of a young boy, Kay, in a large mansion run by a dreadful governness. But then things get strange and he’s on a quest to recover his grandfather’s treasure.   This is a photo mosaic done by a dozen or so photographers on a Lomography photo walk I organized in London. The challenge was they had to each play a part in capturing the entire gate without talking or otherwise communicating. They just had to watch each other. I’m proud of them and still quite amazed we got the whole thing. It was fascinating watching them buzz around, watch, and snap. Just an idea for those leading walks and needing an activity. #BelieveInFilm #Photography
