the fact that Meta is auto-translating videos on Instagram into English (for me watching in the US) is so aesthetically repulsive that i would probably be in jail if i knew where the people who ordered it made lived god forbid a person enjoy videos cross-culturally is it technically impressive that they can kind of get the voice resonance and intonation kind of right? sure but comedy especially is so precise in what is funny and what is not when it comes to intonation and timing and all that....
