  Yet another example of massive bias against Scotland and our governing party, this from the Murdoch-owned Times. An outrageous headline. Are hospitals in England called Labour or Tory hospitals? Sorry to harp on about this, and I suspect many who don't live in Scotland might have little interest, but I feel it is necessary to highlight the bias which often borders on hatred for everything that goes on in my country, and which we see each and every day. #pressbias #Scotland

  I didn't watch the Argentina-England game. In fact, I forgot it was on. I was driving home from the wildfire in Glenmore. It was very pleasant to hear the result. Away from football, such a shame for all the wildlife destroyed in the fire. I was up a nearby hill and watched as the fire started and headed for home. Had to run past the fire where it was nearest the path. The heat was intense. Later, we were evacuated from the campsite. #wildfires #Scotland

  There are moves put forward in the UK to ban social media for the under-16s. This is to protect their mental health. Yet strangely, I see no similar proposals to ban far-right 'news' providers. Seems to me that such a ban would protect the mental health of a much wider demographic.

  Why do we allow bribes for politicians? The rich live their lives of luxury, while the poor starve or have bombs dropped on them. Take email and the internet. Fabulous ideas to allow free access to learning and easy communication.
