Chat, what is the best way to acquire an inlay for a screw hole that contains a srew hole of a smaller size? Like... an adapter to attach a too small screw to a screw hole. And how do I measure the size of a screw and a hole properly?

I am a bit confused about one thing... you see, hifi audio quality is highly valued when playing music of any genre at home... but I feel like venues for rock/metal/dnb concerts are absolutely not build for achieving the best sound quality. It is just any place big enough and then the speakers may be theoretically capable of hifi sound but they're driven to a volume where, I think, can't deliver their optimal audio quality anymore. Another music related post... you see I have a theory when it comes to listening to music of a certain mood or vibe: If you are afflicted with a bad vibe, for example you're feeling depressed, then listening to melancholic music can help relieve that mood. While if you are not afflicted by that vibe, so when you for example listen to melancholic music while feeling good, then it might make you feel depressed. So basically music of a bad vibe is both poison and antidote

I think for designing a good diet for my ibs I would need to have like, a decent amount calories, but... it shouldn't be too much fiber... cuz that kinda "overfeeds" some bacteria. The issue with that is simply that a lot of vegan ingredients just contain so so much fiber. It would probably help to replace some carb-sources(e.g. oats) with some protein-sources(e.g. tofu). But I am not rly aware of enough recipes... specifically breakfast recipes... cuz I think it's not good for...

Lisdex makes me productive, but that sometimes leads to me starting defragmenting my brain and then at some point I get a panic attack from trying to defragment some particularly hard to defragment piece of data

I think, considering that honey is far superiour over all food humans can make, thus without a doubt proving that bees are the superiour species, we should found a religion that deifies bees instead of the capital.
