@Hothrin@transfem.social Dunno any specific recipes. Though a plate of all the foods you can eat, cut and prepared and eaten like snacks for breakfast. If you can eat rice, then have some white rice. If you can eat avocados, then have a bit of avocado on the side. Stuff like that.
