I think for designing a good diet for my ibs I would need to have like, a decent amount calories, but... it shouldn't be too much fiber... cuz that kinda "overfeeds" some bacteria. The issue with that is simply that a lot of vegan ingredients just contain so so much fiber. It would probably help to replace some carb-sources(e.g. oats) with some protein-sources(e.g. tofu). But I am not rly aware of enough recipes... specifically breakfast recipes... cuz I think it's not good for me to eat müsli everyday as I used to. I should only eat Müsli on days where I suspect to do a lot of physical activity. While eating smth legumes based as breakfast on normal days. One recipe I've already been made aware of is just scrambled tofu fried with Kala Namak in a pan... which is nice, especially with some baked beans and toast, tho it is also a bit harder to make than müsli... and it's rly not smth for everyday, imo... so I need more vegan breakfast recipe that do not rely on carbs too much :3
