Hey - I&#39;m reposting this since I&#39;ve updated it a bit. This is my collection of uBlock Origin bonus content. This deliberately breaks you tube embeds, which you might not want, but it also blocks Facebook and X everything, which I bet you do. I hope you find it useful. You can add it by pasting the text of the gist into the My Filters tab behind the gears in the uBlock preferences. If you've never seen an aggressively-adblocked Web, the only thing I can compare it to is "what if the internet wasn't also the NASCAR front row all the time". What if the Web wasn't loud as hell and smothered in corporate branding? What if you could have the web without huffing gasoline fumes and watching things going in circles while you wait for something to crash? True story, someone looking over my shoulder once asked how they can get this special better internet I'm using. This is how.

@mhoye custom blocking rules are great! I block elements of self-hosted enterprise software at work because we don’t use those parts or don’t have a license for those parts and clicking on them just brings up what amounts to an ad to spend more from the supplier.

@mhoye A recent discovery, and just for your fyi: the gstatic lines break google forms when the forms have shortened URLs, which are on the forms dot gle domain.
