@mmasnick Experiencing a ban on Twitter by Elon Musk became a hidden blessing for me. This incident encouraged me to take a serious look at Mastodon, where I found an extraordinary platform. In stark contrast to Twitter's propensity for fostering division, Mastodon cultivates a community free from hate, bigotry, and with minimal trolling. Transitioning over to this platform has really elevated my quality of life to the point I wouldn't go back even if Musk tried to pay me to do so.
