It occurred to me that Gen X is the last generation where you can choose to be offline. I woke up thinking of two people that I was extremely close to for years. Then life changed and we did different things. But the day they forgot to send a change of address with a new phone number, it was over. They effectively disappeared.

This movie is an American movie based on the British show, The Thick of It. Armando Iannucci, the creator, and the writers, Jesse Armstrong and Simon Blackwell, went on to work with Iannucci on VEEP. Jesse Armstrong went on to create Succession. If you watch these shows, there&#39;s a lot of themes and actors cross pollinating these shows.
