@uncanny_kate@dice.camp I loved the 4/1 Thinkgeek products. The zero-point energy extractor was my fav. The Tauntaun sleeping bag became REAL! Fake Ghostlike Photons! I still have my Thinkgeek TMA-1 Monolith Action Figure in its packaging. (ZERO Points of articulation!)

@uncanny_kate@dice.camp That’s awesome. Another reason they were great is that they weren’t annoying pranks. You usually didn’t need to research or debate for half a day whether they were true, and they weren’t something you ended up being disappointed it didn’t exist. That is, it was you laughing with us, not at us.
