@sol@typo.social Thanks for sharing, sounds delicious. The shower cap sounds like the perfect solution – never thought of that. The Danish whisk looks like the handle of a dishwashing brush with a bent wire – we’ve got that. Will make and report (with dry fingers).

This is very similar to the yeast-based pizza recipe I have used in the past, which was based on the one from The Awl (Written by Choire Sicha, it didn’t age well, CW: coarse language; using sexual orientation language as slurs.
