🚨 NEW EPISODE 🚨 We think this week’s episode might appeal to a few of you here, because we’re speaking to the founder of this very platform - @Gargron - about his decision to step back from the helm and the future of ethical, supervillain-free online communities. https://www.europeanspodcast.com/all-episodes/europes-anti-elon

  • In fact, we enjoyed the conversation so much that we're releasing a longer version for supporters of the podcast. https://www.patreon.com/posts/bonus-content-on-152806255?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social @Gargron@mastodon.social thank you for the episode, it made me want to re-invest in social networks that don't suck. I'm here thanks to you!

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social I... Have to say, the bit of the conversation you released for non-supporters felt really quite short 🙈 I was expecting a little bit more about Mastodon and the Fediverse itself, I guess.

@europeanspodcast@mastodon.social @Gargron@mastodon.social I'm sure the interview is great (looking forward to listening to it), but everyone knows the founder of this platform is #JohnMastodon (see https://www.johnmastodon.me/ if you have no idea what I'm talking about).

  • What a lovely episode from the @europeanspodcast@mastodon.social. I loved haring about @Gargron@mastodon.social. I think that the meaty-no-no list may be an advantage, Dominic. Who wants a next-best alternative? I love tempeh, but I'd never buy meat-free soy-spam. I think the food industry has ended up in a quagmire of trying to replace rather than innovate. We need completely new dishes made from local ingredients. And revive old dishes like ratatouille. Ask and you shall receive: a word for soy-based yoghurt: Tykfil
