I want a torrent tracker for manuals. Like manualslib/manualzzz/blahblah but good.
None of the HTML summary nonsense, just torrent downloads of PDFs and an obsessive nerd community making sure only the cleanest and most up to date copies are posted.
Surely the EU or someone should fund this!
