@stefanlindbohm@mastodon.social @partim@social.tchncs.de For reference the email they sent when canceling. There's time pressure (part of the borderline practice!) as they upfront mention 2 days to cancel. So better do it now to avoid forgetting.
When in reality the TGV ticket isn't valid as is anymore anyway because you always need to book a seat on alternative TGV connections. So I don't get why you shouldn't be automatically reimbursed if you don't take action.
I could try to expense the hotel with the bottom link though.
