Old sections of #Toronto had a good thing. Small storefronts with apartments above. Too bad these are being torn down for large condos with sterile spaces.

@arthurgron@mstdn.ca That's densification, and that's good. What's bad is that these kinds of successful and desirable built forms have been banned in newer parts of the city.
