Normally caller can clear. Called can hang up and move to new handset and resume!
But calls that are to 0800 (or 0500 as was) were called party clear.
And calls to 999/112 are called party can hold call.

@revk@toot.me.uk @snaprails@cupoftea.social I never understood why the call didn't clear as soon as either end hung up. There are some security problems with allowing the call to stay up after hangup!
