@kimlockhartga@beige.party I'm really sorry you have to go through this. An elderly relative lives with us. We've got two different styles of beaker: A clear one holding 250ml and graduated up to 200ml, with grippy flat handles, which is very light and is transparent, so that we can see at a glance how much he's drunk and whether he needs more fluid; A slightly larger, heavier, reddish, nearly-opaque one with loop handles and its own thick, removable straw and an arrangement to let you open a flap on the lid so that you don't have to use a straw if you don't want to. Both have lids. Both are fine in the dishwasher. Here are the orange ones: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0DL3KTFS7?psc=1 (Sorry, it's Amazon.) I think Mrs Wife bought the clear ones and she's not here at the moment, but I'll ask her to send me the link. Because of her schedule, we may not get it today.

@kimlockhartga@beige.party @davep@infosec.exchange I am so sorry. My RA seems to be in remission, but my tremors are now at the point where I’m going to have to switch to a lidded cup and I’m mad as hell about it. Come over and sit by me.
