On drive to work today co worker is playing Jeff Wayne’s abysmal war of the worlds album.
It is taking a whole lot of energy not to express the disappointment I feel for his taste.
Three minutes until the drive is over…

@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social the Eve of the War is the only part of that album that I actually know, and that's quite ok.. (and it sadly is simple enough that it has been covered to death by anyone who ever managed to purchase a synthesizer of any quality).

@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social I didn't know it was possible to like or dislike Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds. I thought it was just a pervasive presence in everybody's life, like Bohemian Rhapsody or oxygen.
