The list of challenges is long. We'd better start working.
(My focus is on #RankedChoiceVoting, currently. One issue among many.)

Getting on the ballot to run in the first place is a huge hurdle that most people can’t overcome due to institutional rules placed by those in powers to make sure someone far more popular can’t challenge the status quo. Ranked choice voting won’t work if the person you want to vote for can’t run or be on the ballot in the first place.
