Recovering from a relatively minor outpatient surgery where my abdomen legit looks like I was in an epic sword fight and that’s what I’ll tell my future grandchildren when they see me shirtless at the pool

@bucknam@mastodon.social I hear you. I had a gastric stimulator added via surgery, and now I have a permanent huge smile across my abdomen that I wasn't expecting. Luckily I don't de-shirt in public.
