@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social Not sure if any of these is real but I actually like the asterisk one, it would have a natural flow. I doubt the 5-speed pattern would get past safety testing, and having a stick for an automatic is silly.

@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social I'm old enough to remember when school busses had manual gear boxes. I never understood what the hell the shift pattern actually was on those things, Hi/Lo selector included. As a kid who knew how toi use a normal 5-speed, the bus looked like the driver was doing: 2-4-1-5-8-pulls high/lo switch-1-4-6-2-9 ??? it was madness
