I havn't seen that many recently (I suspect due to editorial censorship), but in the past few years news of climate-change caused crop failures have been increasing, and I'm sure they will continue.

@mzedp@plasmatrap.com all the people alerting us about climate change and being interviewed about the heat waves, all of them say that this is nothing compared with what is to comeby and large, we (humans) will survive the heat wavescrops and feedstock won’tneither will certain insects, plants etcgenerally, anything that doesn’t have access to air conditioning of any kind, technological or not, will not adapt fast enough
