Has anyone already developed something like a '15 day plan' to try the Fediverse, specifically targeted at helping communities/interest groups give it a go via a series of quick and easy steps? I'm thinking something like this to help facilitate the beginnings of a migration: Day 1: Browse the home feeds of these three servers suited to our shared interest(s). Day 2: Choose one of those servers and register an account. Day 3: Follow at least ten other accounts; here are 25 suggestions. Day 4: Browse your new home feed. Day 5: Browse your live feed (own server). Day 6: Like a post. Day 7: Boost a post. Day 8: Reply to a post. Day 9: Write an #Introduction post. Etc etc. cc @FediTips@social.growyourown.services @_elena@mastodon.social #AskFedi #Fediverse #Mastodon #Community

@blag@typo.social @FediTips@social.growyourown.services @_elena@mastodon.social I say that key to my move to Fedi was just quietly following and paying attention for a couple weeks. Reading articles and posts about culture. Seeing how it works without posting or getting into it. You need to believe that the world can manage without your constant hot takes to accept that though.
