I passed this kid riding what looks to be an emoto on the Oak Leaf Trail this morning.
He was not riding like a dick, but definitely not pedaling, just throttle all the way.
This is on part of the trail that is typically pretty empty, and this was around 7:15am.
Didn't seem to be going crazy fast either so, eh... whatever.

@rasterweb@mastodon.social My incredibly unpopular opinion: While I think there should be more regulation around those e-motorcycles, I'm not overly worried about kids on these things. I'd rather have kids tearing around on these things than driving their parents' massive SUVs or one of those ridiculous, loud street racers.
