Gym Bro: I get up at 4am and go for a run, by 6am I'm at the gym training... That's the peak of being an alpha male.
Me: Not it's not... Have you ever actually seen an apex predator... they're all lazy as fuck. Bears hibernate for months, lions sleep most of the day as do tigers, cheetahs and other large predators.
