Do you know X, Y and Z tech, these ITIL processes, what have you shipped, familiar with these top 3 and these obscure 2 libraries? Ok good, the position is actually nearly 100% AIDL... Which I'm sure you're fully up on...

@RyeNCode@mstdn.ca it really is you having to interview a ton of companies to see which ones have any competent tech leadership left. that's a shit situation to be in and you have my sympathies for needing to deal with it
