one reason the state of things is so exhausting in software sphere is that the AI project and the fascist project dovetail so well, as each is replacing knowable truth - fascism with vibes, AI with plausible outputs, offering something truth-shaped or truth-feeling without actually being true it's about abandoning objective truth as worth seeking or even being possible
