Recently I stumbled upon Marginalia search:

It’s a search engine that prioritizes non-commercial content.
As a seasoned internet user you can probably guess what you’ll get on google if you search “free games”: Net casinos, p2w games, the epic store etc. Its a notoriously shady term.
On Marginalia, what I got were blog posts of people listing free games they thought were actually worth playing, and the like. Amazing!
This opens the door for broad topic searches that are almost certainly fruitless on other engines, and to actually discover something other than Reddit posts or endless LLM written cookie cutter articles.

@onion@night.studio-2am.net This is cool! Probably won't replace Searx as my primary engine, but as a fallback for finding more information it certainly seems nice
