Crazy idea... Containerize data centers and put them on old container ships. Pull up power ships alongside. When the region gets sick of them and bans them, they can be moved somewhere else.
The downside is data piracy could take on a new meaning.

@douglasvb@m.ai6yr.org Since datacenters now need to be protected from drones why not repurpose a Nimitz -class carrier for nuclear powered datacenters? The flight deck can be used for anti-drone flights, keep the AA guns, water cooling, ship-to-shore power if needed.
