I just sent a message to Monaco AI asking for it, they probably won't give me the video, but I hope to contribute to the embarrassment before they "launch".

By definition, “Mastodon GmbH” is also a for-profit company and not a nonprofit organization. Some Fediverse instances might have survived if their funding had been put on a solid footing. The criticism is really about just that: a solid foundation. Venture capital is simply not a solid foundation for a company and can very quickly lead to its demise. This point is crucial for me, not the fact that it is profit-oriented.
