@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org would be good for mobile home / camper, unless they would need a large vehicle driving licence for it and don't have it (like most people in Europe who are limited to 3 500 kg van)

@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org Bonus! It's a new adventure every time they wake up. (it stops being fun when the house runs off while they are having said adventure)

@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org The last one reminds me of a children book whose title I can't remember but was... ...very creative in the storyline I think the story was centered around some kind of egg

@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org I think the speculated origin of baba yagas hut being the bear caches of finno-ugric peoples is pretty neat. Probably impossible to confirm that theory, but the similarities are definitely apparent. I bet it would inspire some legends to encounter one of these in the forest without knowing what they are...

@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org A variation on the scam where the sold dog sneaks off back to its owner? Still, a travelling residence may provide ample opportunity for adventure: the protagonists' stock in trade (... also, how did these two obtain money for a house in the first place?).
-

@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org I don't know why that tickled me so much, but I had a giggle fit over my coffee on this one. Friggin' GREAT work! 😆

@InsaneAwesomeTony@mastodon.gamedev.place 2026-06-11 07:46
@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org imagine the house walks far way without them noticing and coming outside after the nap and be in a new zip code 😂 Or the house just moves ever so slightly, half a meter to a meter to either direction, or rotate ever so slightly Probably drive people mad trying to figure it out 😂
-
@lanodan@queer.hacktivis.me 2026-06-11 14:17
@davidrevoy@framapiaf.org Well… maybe can be tamed to become a transport method, like travelling on an elephant.
