  Wizards of the Coast has really been dropping the ball on a whole new segment of D&D players: Retirement Communities. You got millions of people all hanging out in the same place all the time with nothing to do. Get them into TTRPGs. Make large print versions of key books, oversized high contrast dice, screen reader friendly books, market your stuff to elderly people, whatever.

  If I lived in a town with a vampire problem, I would simply build an apartment building, give one of the units to a priest for free, build an altar and pulpit in a common area, and turn the whole building into holy ground. Just stay inside at night, and done, no more vampire problem. I could make BANK selling apartments to other people who don't want to get eaten too.

  I'd heard about the Trail of Tears back in history class, but the other day I read more about the horror that was the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Removal_Act . Literally ethnic cleansing and genocide of tens of thousands of Native Americans whose nations had sovereign treaties with the United States in the US South.   It kinda feels like there should be a COVID remembrance day for those who have died and become disabled (and continue to die and become disabled) from that fucking disease. Maybe sometime in September to kick off the vaccine season. Or March-April to remember the start of lockdowns. Or November for when the first vaccines were released. Or whatever. Just seems like a pandemic that killed millions of people should be remembered.
