if you're talking about LLMs specifically idk how useful they would be in developing fusion - just mentioning the ML use cos 'AI' but i understand what you mean obviously

@sean_ae@post.lurk.org @rexi@mastodon.social yeah the whole thing has gotten flattened into "AI" so it helps to disambiguate. I've worked with scientists doing ML stuff, its actually useful. LLMs I'm still not sold on and the whole thing seems more like a stock market scam than anything
