@sean_ae@post.lurk.org @rexi@mastodon.social yeah the whole thing has gotten flattened into "AI" so it helps to disambiguate. I've worked with scientists doing ML stuff, its actually useful.
LLMs I'm still not sold on and the whole thing seems more like a stock market scam than anything
