I think I'm going to have to go on a vacation to Edmonton this summer. I'm into craft beer, pedestrianised city centres with neat cafes, cycling, urban hiking... Where should I go? @ShanonRose@mstdn.ca The caveat of course is that studded tires help a lot, but are still no match for snirt and black ice, so you'll still want to avoid those. Finding safe, consistently cleared routes is the hardest part, at least here in #yeg But take it slow, get a feel for things, and you'll find yourself enjoying the ride sooner than you realize!
