@alan@en.osm.town maybe, but the level of mapping might not be the same as European levels. The community is smaller, and there are many uninhabited places. There are even unnamed lakes.

Not surprisingly density is generally much lower, likely for the reasons @mdione@en.osm.town mentioned. No great surprise in Chile, with the densely populated Santiago/Valparaíso regions and the Central Valley south of that showing up. In Argentina, Buenos Aires is less prominent than I expected. I guess Neuquen and Jujuy (and Tacna in Peru) have particularly dedicated mappers?
