Not sure if I"ll be able to find it back. It struck a chord with me, particularly with regards to the Canadian health care system.

@DavidM_yeg@mstdn.ca @yosh@toot.yosh.is @Schneems@ruby.social I prefer the terms "failover" and "emergency capacity" and so forth over "redundancy", but I'm still training myself to avoid that word.
