@AnnieBuddy@thecanadian.social @tom@subdued.social I can’t be the only one this happened to. Whoever took it from the curb had some incentive to give it to Ancestry and that’s the scary part. I never mess with those businesses but I knew they’d be trouble somehow.

@lydialurch@mastodon.social @tom@subdued.social It depends. If it is part of a business that shares yearbooks, maybe. But there are also a lot of files that individuals upload and attach to individuals that they don't get paid for.
