  I have seen hundreds of people driving around with boats on trailers or on their roof racks this year, but very few (maybe 10?) on the water. Why? It is the end of July. Normally you see them Spring and Fall when they're put in the water and taken out in Ontario, but this is every day, all day. These are the kinds of questions that plague me. #MastodonMusings

  For a party that purports to be the party of business and economic prosperity, it certainly seems that the government is making a lot of decisions based on emotion rather than an actual business case. Here we have the Federal Government making deals with Alberta, when there are no partners, no demand and no market.   When you start to take a closer look, nothing adds up. That is a big red flag. Something our Auditor General should be looking into. If it is this bad now, and they haven't even broken ground, I hate to tell you, it isn't going to get better. These are "today" numbers. There's a one in FORTY chance it could be completed on budget. There's an equal one in FORTY chance it could balloon to $264 BILLION. There's no market for this FFS....

  In today’s #ALTo news, the comments on the consultation map are being censored. If you comment about the process and how there were no consultations in Central Frontenac, which will have the biggest disruption and zero benefit from the project, they will remove it from the record. They have hired an American company to do the censorship. So much for “Buy Canadian” We are being scammed on a $109 Billion project and no one seems to care. #CdnPoli

  The only satisfaction I get from billionaires is knowing they live in fear most of the time. They are so afraid, in fact, they have armed security and food tasters. Most of us don’t have to worry to that extent.

  I fried my air fryer. Accidentally turned on the element when it was sitting on the stove. I didn't realize that it was entirely made of plastic. Black plastic. Smelled really good melting, and then it melted all over the stove when I grabbed it to move it. I can't imagine that cooking stuff in plastic that melts like that can be good for you.

  Thank you to my new instance host for accepting me here as I fled my previous home. I discovered some disturbing allegations and I jumped ship. I may not have done the transfer right because I think I brought most of my followers, but lost the people I followed. I will try to get caught up over the next few days!
