When you start to take a closer look, nothing adds up. That is a big red flag. Something our Auditor General should be looking into. If it is this bad now, and they haven't even broken ground, I hate to tell you, it isn't going to get better. These are "today" numbers. There's a one in FORTY chance it could be completed on budget. There's an equal one in FORTY chance it could balloon to $264 BILLION.
