It depends. If it is part of a business that shares yearbooks, maybe.
But there are also a lot of files that individuals upload and attach to individuals that they don't get paid for.

@AnnieBuddy@thecanadian.social @tom@subdued.social Yeah, I couldn’t say how or why it happened. What sucks is that I’ve been careful not to post images of myself online apart from once or twice when I was in costume, and I deleted those soon after. I stayed off Facebook and most other sites. I don’t even take selfies or let others photograph me. They got me anyway. 😡
