@marz@caw.corbode.com I have been using Mint and Mint Debian Edition for about 15-16 years, now, and i see no reason not to stick with them, except for that I run Raspberry Pi OS on my Raspberry Pis (also Debian based). Typing this right now on a 2012 MacBook Pro running Linux Mint Debian Edition 7 on my kitchen table, the other PCs in the house run Linux Mint Cinnamon.

@gcvsa@mstdn.plus Man, this is a STRONG endorsement. I'm currently using a Framework laptop I got pre-Nazi debacle but often I prefer using old Chromebooks and netbooks when I can find them so I love hearing that it's working well on an old MacBook!
