Man, this is a STRONG endorsement.
I'm currently using a Framework laptop I got pre-Nazi debacle but often I prefer using old Chromebooks and netbooks when I can find them so I love hearing that it's working well on an old MacBook!

@marz@caw.corbode.com LMDE 6 installed flawlessly on this Late 2012 (first Retina Display) MacBook Pro, and upgrading to LMDE 7 was equally flawless. Everything just works.
