#Tennessee sucks. The #governor just passed a law creating a #public #database of #trans #people. I don&#39;t even have the words to describe just how incredibly cruel and fucked up this is. Not only is this the first time the state has tried this, medical #information will be collected (major HIPAA violation), and the database will be publicly available. @someguy@beige.party The level of cruelty here reaches all new and unprecedented levels. How does this not constitute a 4th Amendment violation!? Hopefully the courts will see fit to nullify this.
