@danielholt@mstdn.games I should probably leave it at that, but your post left me with some questions - is it that you've been running/jogging for a while, and the knee has got worse since you started a more physical job? Or are you new to running and trying to get a sense of how your body should react to things?

@edchivers@dice.camp @danielholt@mstdn.games strong recommend on knee strapping using KT tape. Great vids on YouTube and very cheap. Rinse repeat. You'll smash through it in weeks :)
