@vikki@know.me.uk Yes, #Santander didn't actually notify me that they were ending free banking, just started charging me a tenner a month a few months ago out of the blue. I asked them WTF and they basically told me tough. I don't push enough money through my freelancer account to make a tenner a month worth it though.

@steve@mastodon.nexusuk.org Really? They were sending letters in the post for months about it to us, as I was in the 'yes, yes, you've mentioned that a few times' state. Maybe I got your letters too 😂
