@Phangurl@vmst.io When I'm really stressed I watch Howl's Moving Castle. I've seen it so many times it's just reassuring to have it on, but I started to realize it's more than that. I thought it was because the characters were comforting to be around, and that's part of it too. But I finally realized that the whole soundtrack, from the music, to the sound effects, to the voices, is soothing to my every nerve in a way that nothing else does? No idea if that works for anybody else, LOL! 😂

@Phangurl@vmst.io I'd go with a gigantic spliff. Then the choice of viewing material is less critical. "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" is way funnier than I remembered. I laugh start to finish at that. Sorry you have to deal with all the agita.

Because there is a movie I have been wanting to recommend, but only after you have seen, ahh ... at least a certain episode in season 3. 😉 Its a very oddball comedy, but hard to describe without spoilers, lol! 😂 (Can dark comedy be lighthearted? 😆)

@Phangurl A little late to the party, and I hope the other suggestions you've gotten have already helped a lot, but in case you're still looking for options: Obviously gotta recommend some Trek, Star Trek IV is always a mood booster for me. I will second the recommendations I've already seen for Hot Fuzz, Big Trouble in Little China, and The Princess Bride. I didn't see anyone recommend The Fifth Element, but it's so big and bright with a banger soundtrack. Instant mood boost for me.
