Right? We’re kind of baffled that they can’t see this as conflicting with the art and artists creating vibe of their whole mission.

@bgm Presumably there is a board of directors running the event. You'd probably have to show up to a board meeting with an angry mob ready to state the case against AI art and demonstrate that the board's decision will in some way materially hurt the festival. Sadly the decision probably comes down to money.

@bgm @Undercat I'm starting to wonder if it's the subconscious (and false) belief that if you just throw your cousins overboard now the monster will spare YOU later on. I mean, I can't even begin to make sense of it otherwise. :(
