    Hey did you know that I&amp;#39;m &amp;quot;ruining my immune system&amp;quot; by masking in the office? Yeah. Covid ripped through here multiple times so yes Build Back Immunity with your meddling, drive-by trolling butt-face hanging out all the time is totally a thing.     Of course when I was off work yesterday the weather was only hospitable for a grand total of 30 nonconsecutive minutes. lol. Going to rush outside right now while it&amp;#39;s perfect and pull a few weeds. I ate lunch late today anyway so I&amp;#39;m not very hungry for dinner.

    Had to go with my spouse to the ER last night for several hours. He&amp;#39;s okay. Scary mishap though aside from the likely pending huge bill he&amp;#39;s okay. But I&amp;#39;m feeling a heap of delayed anxiety now and I think I should get a pass on &amp;quot;eating right&amp;quot; for a few hours until that dissipates. :ablobgrimace:
